Who We Are

We are a team of highly experienced data-driven recruitment entrepreneurs. Prior to Ontame.io, we started Graduateland, which has now become Europe’s largest career portal for students and graduates with over 400K users, 15K customers and offices in three countries.

At Graduateland we were providing traffic to external employer websites. We really wanted to know how well this traffic converted into applications and hires - but no one could really provide us with an answer. We were shocked!

However it made us think: What if we could provide our customers with a full suite recruitment analytics and marketing platform, where they could measure every step of their recruitment funnel, from traffic to their website to the final hire, and easily evaluate every online recruitment source? Ontame.io was born.
